It’s an uncertain time, that’s for sure, but we are committed to continue to be an essential role in our community.
The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team members and community is always our highest priority. We are vigilantly and proactively taking measures to ensure our centre continues to be a safe place to visit, work and enjoy.
In addition to our standard practices, we have introduced the following precautionary measures, to ensure you can visit us with confidence:
Increased cleaning and sterilisation of high contact surface areas, including amenities, common areas, food seating areas, handrails, buttons and walls.
Hand sanitiser has been made available at each centre entry.
Active communication with retailers and customers encouraging the practice of good hygiene and preventative measures to continue to help keep our community safe.
Coles have temporarily changed their trading hours to 8am to 8pm. These are subject to change and we will keep you updated.
To assist and support seniors and vulnerable patrons, Coles has dedicated the first hour of trade from Monday-Friday 7am – 8am to these customers. A Senior Card, Pension Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Companion Card or Health Care Card will be needed to enter during this time.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and acting on the current and future Government advice. We will continue to keep you updated through our online channels as to how The Barracks is responding to the situation.
Subject to the above, The Barracks will continue to provide you with access to retail and dining as well as essential household items, products and services. So should you need household goods, something to eat or a place to switch off and enjoy, we will be there to welcome you.
