Terms and Conditions: The Barracks (Fortius Funds Management) Golden Ticket Campaign
1. Introduction: The Barracks Golden Ticket Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”) is organised by Fortius Funds Management (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”). The Campaign runs from December 1st to December 24th, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign Period”).
2. Eligibility: Participation in the Campaign is open to legal residents who make a purchase from any retailer during the Campaign Period. To be eligible, participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry or have a legal guardian present.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must make a purchase from any retailer at any value during the Campaign Period. Each purchase constitutes one entry into the Campaign.
4. Prize Pool: The Campaign features a prize pool of 10,080 vouchers. Each voucher is valued at $30. The vouchers are evenly distributed across 12 retailers, with each retailer having 28 vouchers in the prize pool.
5. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected through a random draw from the pool of eligible entries. The draw will be conducted daily and winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
6. Retailer Distribution: The 10,080 vouchers in the prize pool will be evenly split among the 12 participating retailers. Each retailer will have 28 vouchers available for distribution.
7. Redemption of Vouchers: Winners can redeem their $30 vouchers at the respective retailer where the winning entry was made. Vouchers are valid as per the hosted retailer terms and conditions. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is offered.
8. Announcement of Winners: The list of winners will be announced on the official Fortius Funds Management website and social media channels. By entering the Campaign, participants consent to the public announcement of their names as winners.
9. General Conditions: a. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. b. The Organiser is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or incomplete entries. c. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final.
10. Modification or Termination: The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice.
11. Privacy: By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to the Organiser’s use of their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Campaign.
12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
